Frequently Asked Questions

Can I do the full audit process with Fastlane?

No, Fastlane handles only the follow-up. After the audit, you add observations and tasks, assign them, and Fastlane stores documents and notifies auditees automatically.

What are all the roles on the platform

There are 3 roles: Admin, Auditor and Auditee. Admin can do everything that Auditors and Auditees can, including viewing all audits, inviting and managing users, creating and editing audits, observations, and tasks, and accessing all information within the organization. Auditor can create and manage audits, add observations, create and assign tasks, and access all information related to their audits. Auditees can view their assigned tasks in a Kanban-board format, see all information related to those tasks, upload documents, and provide status updates. This structure ensures each role has the necessary access and capabilities to perform their functions efficiently.
